The three year LLB course is a perfect choice for people who have completed their graduation in any stream and want to pursue their studies in Law. Though many universities and colleges have switched to the 5 year integrated BA LLB courses, their the institutes that offer a 3 year LLB.

1. Delhi University (Faculty of Law)
Established in 1924, DU Law faculty offers various law courses including the three year LLB.
Number of Seats: 1500
(Campus Law Centre: 500 seats, Law Centre I: 600 seats, Law Center II: 400 seats)
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Post Graduate degree with 50% marks.
- Age should be 20 years or above
Entrance Test:
LLB Entrance test is conducted in June every year

2. Banaras Hindu University (Varanasi)
BHU also offers a three year LLB degree. The notification is generally published in Feb-March every year.
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Post Graduate degree with 45% marks.
Entrance Test:
Admission to the Under Graduate & Post Graduate courses is made through Under Graduate and Post Graduate Entrance Tests (UET/PET)

3. Government Law College (Mumbai)
Eligibility:
A minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in the HSC ( 10+2) exam
Number of Seats: 160
Admission Procedure:
Admission will be given strictly on merit. The selected students are interviewed and then admitted. The interview is just a formality. The cut-off marks vary every year. The candidates from Boards other than Maharashtra Board are required to have 5% marks more than the candidates from Maharashtra Board for consideration of Admission.
The admission is made after HSC exams in June every year.

4. Balaji Law College (Pune)
Balaji Law College is affiliated to University of Pune. It runs both the 3 year and 5 year courses simultaneously.
Eligibility:
For admission to the three year course the candidate must be a graduate from any stream with a minimum of 45% marks.
Admission Procedure
Applicants are interviewed before admission is finally granted on merit.

5. ILS Law College (Pune)
ILS Law College is affiliated to University of Pune. It runs both the 3 year and 5 year courses simultaneously.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline with minimum score 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and 45% for candidates belonging to general category.
Admission Procedure
Applicants are granted strictly on merit.
