The Faculty of Law, ICFAI University, Dehradun announces the details of 3 year LLB (Bachelor of Law) for the session 2010-13 and 5 year BBA, LLB (Hons.) session 2010-15.

Last Date to Apply:

June 20, 2010

Online Admit Cards:

June 10, 2010 onwards

ILAT 2010:

July 04, 2010 (Sunday)

ILAT 2010 Results:

July 10, 2010 (8 PM IST)

I. 3 year LLB

Eligibility:

Pass with 50% and above in graduation or its equivalent (any discipline, awaiting examination results).

Applicant should not be more than 30 years of age as on the date of admission test.

Admission Procedure:

Admissions are based on the IcfaiUniversity Law Admission Test (ILAT) conducted all over India. In addition scores of Law School Admission Test (LSAT, India conducted by Pearson, VUE) will also be accepted.

II. 5 year BBA, LLB (Hons)

Eligibility:

Pass with 50% and above in 10+2 or 11+1 or its equivalent (any discipline, awaiting examinations results). Applicant should not be more than 21 years of age as on the date of admission test.

Admissions Procedure:

Admission are based on the IcfaiUniversity Law Admission Test (ILAT) conducted all over India. In addition scores of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and Law School Admission Test (LSAT, India conducted by Pearson, VUE) will also be accepted.

ILAT Pattern:

The Admission Test is based on objective type questions in multiple choice format.

Questions: 150

Sections: (30 marks each)

  1. English Language
  2. General Knowledge
  3. Legal Aptitude
  4. Numerical Ability
  5. Reasoning
